The update applies to one Garmin nuvi unit with preloaded Garmin City Navigator
Not transferable to any other person or product. You will qualify for the one-time free update if
(1) your unit first acquired satellites on and
(2) a newer version of the map data was or becomes available from Garmin’s website within 60 days after first acquiring satellites while driving with your device.

Besides a free update in 60 days, You will qualify for the one-time free update if
(1) your unit first acquired satellites on and after January 1, 2009, and
(2) a newer version of the map data was or becomes available from Garmin’s website at any time up to one year after first acquiring satellites while driving with your device.
